Filmmaker argues 1969 T.V. technology not up to faking a lunar landing

Some people have never believed that the U.S. ever landed a man on the moon. They argue the whole thing was faked in a T.V. studio. Kottke posted this film by S.G. Collins, in which Collins argues, convincingly, that in 1969 it would have actually been easier to send a man to the moon than to fake it on T.V.

Collins’s point is well worth noting: if you spend a lot of time pursuing bullshit government conspiracy theories, you’re much more likely to miss the pernicious stuff the government is actually perpetrating.
